New System — House Robbery:
Available for gang members.
Can be done in groups of up to 4 players.
New Skill — House Robber (10 levels):
Higher level unlocks better house class, rarity, and item count.
Group robbery uses the average skill level of all members.
Higher skill makes robberies harder.
Starting a Robbery:
Begin by taking a task from a gang NPC at the HQ.
Door locks require tools:
Lockpick for simple locks (buy on market or craft).
Pro Lockpick Kit for hard locks (craft only).
After entry, disable alarm with Cutters (craft only).
If alarm stays active, police are alerted.
Robbery Process:
Steal items, search closets, crack safes.
Safes require Turbo Decoder.
Owner’s personal items cannot be stolen.
Houses may contain traps that slow down progress.
Timer limit: alarm triggers when it ends.
After Robbery:
Escape to safe zones or other locations.
Sell stolen items to NPC buyer (each has its own price).
Call System:
New police call type — House Robbery (triggers if alarm sounds).
Law enforcement can confiscate stolen items from cars (G → Confiscate) for 50% of value.
New Achievements:
Rob 100 houses.
Steal 800 items during robberies.
Escape police 50 times after a robbery call.
New Event — Spider Report:
Replaces past school event, runs September 16–22.
Access and reward exchange via themed NPC in Eight-Bit bar (marked on minimap).
Two activities: Backpack Hunt and Fingerprints.
Rewards include themed costumes, masks, backpacks, animations, and accessories.
Activity — Backpack Hunt:
Collect backpacks scattered around the map (amount scales with server online).
Each backpack gives event tokens, exchangeable for rewards at NPC.
Backpacks may spawn on ground, walls, rooftops — harder spots = bigger rewards.
New weapon Octopus Ball lets you collect a backpack from distance if you hit it.
New item Spider Sense gives a buff: sound beeps when near a backpack, with frequency based on distance (toggle in inventory).
Event items can be bought from NPC for in-game currency.

Ability to interact with vehicle trunks inside garage interiors
Visual ghost display of parked vehicles not currently in the garage

Upgrade garage to Level 2 & 3 (default Level 1). Each level: +2 slots, interior change, +20% house tax per level.
Upgrade via My House → Garage; Family leader: Family → Settings → Property → Garage.
Requirements: money, Electronic Equipment Lv1–3, Building Materials Lv1–3, Processed Wood, Industrial Metals, time.
Crafting changes:
Processed Wood: craftable at Home Workshop Lv1 (was Lv3); success 25%/30%/35%; uses pine/oak/birch/maple logs.
Industrial Metals (new): craftable at Home Workshop Lv1 from iron/silver/copper/tin; success 25%/30%/35%.
Steel: no longer requires iron; manganese/silicon/chrome/nickel requirements +20%.
