Functional Microphone System:
Added microphone activation (increases voice chat volume and range) in GOV interiors (courtroom and parliament), amphitheater, and DJ booth at Del Perro beach
When approaching these locations, prompt appears: "Press 'G' and select 'Enable Microphone' to increase voice chat range and volume",
After activation, "Microphone" effect appears near minimap indicating enhanced voice chat
To disable: Press 'G' → "Disable Microphone" or simply move away from location (automatic disable)
Other Changes:
Increased character limit for ad rejections from 20 to 30 for Weazel News employees
Changed the name of the settings in the faction and family tablet (brought into a single style and give more information)
Renamed items:"Adrenaline" → "Enhanced Epinephrine","Yellow Medkit" → "Enhanced Medkit"
