Weazel News Advertisement System:
Added ad submission and review system via the phone app.,
- New "Create Ad" tab: choose type (Notification or Chat), show phone number, location (current or map), urgent submission (2x cost), and custom text (20–300 characters).,
- Cost depends on type, text length, and server settings.,
- Queue count for each type is shown.,
- After payment, ads go to the new "Ads" tab in the Weazel News tablet for review.,
- New "My Ads" tab: shows status (pending, approved, published, declined with reason) and allows resubmission.,
- When submitting an ad using the command, the author and phone number field is now not displayed.,
- Admins can now delete ads.,

Ad Review Process:
- First editor to click reserves the ad.,

- Declined ads return 80% of cost to sender, rest to faction.
