Adjusted the percentage for successful player robberies — the less money a player has, the smaller the loss.
Increased the robbery success rate to 50%.
Added the “Empty Pockets” buff, which is applied to the victim after a robbery. Duration: 120 minutes after a successful robbery, 15 minutes after a failed one.
Added a restriction preventing robberies between members of the same family or faction.
